Meet The Team

Hello my name is Kim Cordonnier and welcome to UCP! I hope your experience here is as great as mine has been. I hold a bachelors degree in child and family development from Missouri State University and bachelors degree in early childhood education from Missouri Western State University.  I was delighted to join UCP in July of 2010 as a Preschool Teacher before becoming the Director of the Children’s Program in August of 2019. UCP has supported my passion of building and providing a community where children and families thrive, both on site and through other community initiatives. I can’t wait to meet your family, provide a tour of our program, introduce you to our fantastic team and catch you out and about in our community.
